The APT12 was developed specifically for protein
purification with SepproTip® and Magtration® His Tag and GST.
In addition, Nucleic Acid Isolation available on the 12GC can also be performed
on the APT12 making this system extremely versatile for your laboratory.
-IC cards control the optimized protocols and give the APT12 system a small
footprint.
-The risk of cross contamination is eliminated by the usage of pre-filled reagents.
- Two technologies currently available.
1) His-Tagged and GST-Tagged protein
purification using Magnetic particle technology.
2) Abundant protein removal from
serum/plasma using GenWay Biotechfs Seppro tips.
